What is Fast-Change?

Fast-Change is a fast instant cryptocurrency exchange service. You don't need to register and your exchange won't have any restrictions. We will quickly convert over 170 coins for you without charging additional or hidden fees.

How does Fast-Change work?

FAST-Change is integrated with multiple cryptocurrency trading platforms, including Binance, Bitfinex, Huobi, OKEx, and Kucoin. At the time of the transaction, we will choose the best exchange rate on the market at that time and offer it to you.

How fast will my transaction be processed?

The processing speed varies from about two to twenty minutes, depending on how long it takes to block a block on the network. Most orders are processed in just a few minutes. If the transaction is large (more than 1 BTC or equivalent), it may take a little longer to process, depending on the size of the transaction and the capacity of the block. What is a cryptocurrency wallet address?

How do I get the address of my cryptocurrency wallet?

When you decide which cryptocurrency you want to acquire, find a reliable wallet. Every cryptocurrency has an official one. When you create a wallet, you automatically receive an address and a private key. Keep your private key to yourself and don't show it to anyone, even if they ask for it.

For security reasons, we will never ask you for your private keys and no one should.

How do I cancel a transaction?

Blockchain operations are irreversible. If the funds are sent, the transaction cannot be cancelled by anyone. Therefore, carefully check all payment details before sending funds to anyone, including us or anyone else.

Why is the final amount different from the initial amount?

It takes some time to process transactions. Due to the high volatility of the cryptocurrency, speed is key, however, the final exchange rate can vary in both positive and negative directions. What we guarantee is the best rate at the time of the exchange operation.

What fees are charged during the exchange?

The crypto exchange process consists of many different steps, and during these steps different fees are charged.

Here are the possibilities:

network fee for a deposit transaction from the client's wallet;
network fee for the transfer of coins to our liquidity provider;
transaction fees charged by our liquidity providers;
Network fee for sending exchanged funds to the customer.

Fees vary depending on the currency and exchange amount. For each swap, Fast-Change finds the fastest and most cost-effective way for the user to carry out the exchange. It is important to us that the final amount you receive is as close to the estimate as possible. Therefore, we calculate all possible fees for each transaction very carefully and include them in the cost estimate.

How long does it take to complete a transaction?

Fast-Change trades usually take between 5 and 30 minutes. If the transaction takes more time, it can be caused by various problems:

DDoS attacks. Unfortunately, such problems happen from time to time, but we are always happy to help and solve any problems;
Cryptocurrency updates. We can update the client and disable some coins. As soon as we turn them on, you will immediately receive your funds;
Blockchain is overloaded. Too many transactions are waiting to be included in the blockchain, and yours may also be waiting for their turn. Sometimes you may have to wait a little longer.

What is the minimum exchange amount for Fatst-Change?

There is no upper limit for cryptocurrency exchanges on Fast-Change. However, there are lower limits: they are different for each coin and range from ~$1.7 to $20. We are working on lowering the minimum exchange amounts for all coins available in Fast-Change. If the deposit you have sent us is less than the minimum exchange amount, we will not be able to complete the exchange and guarantee your money back.
