Fast exchange operations usually take from 5 to 30 minutes. If a transaction is taking longer, it could be due to several issues:

• DDoS attacks. Unfortunately, such problems arise from time to time, but we are always happy to help and solve any problems;
• Cryptocurrency updates. We may update the client and disable some currencies. As soon as we activate them, you will immediately receive your funds;
• Blockchain is overloaded. There are too many transactions waiting to be included in the blockchain, and yours may be waiting its turn too. Sometimes you will have to wait a little longer.

There is no upper limit for exchanging cryptocurrencies on Fast-Change. However, there are also lower limits - they are different for each coin and range from ~$1.7 to $20. We are working to lower the minimum exchange amounts for all coins available on Fast-Change. If the deposit you sent is less than the minimum exchange amount, we will not be able to complete the exchange and guarantee your money back.
